We believe there is a better way to look at financials than the "normal/best/worst" case method often used because the traditional method does not evaluate the variability or likelihood of the scenario. Nor does it help you understand the drivers of any particular outcome.
Our risk assessment calculates not only the multiple possible scenarios, it also identifies the drivers of those scenarios of those scenarios and gives you some clues as to how to improve the situation. h
Risk Analysis: Risk Navigation
Risk Navigation takes the output from the risk assessment and examines the variability and impact of the various risks on the enterprise or project.
It identifies weaknesses and errors in a business plan and guides management on ways to improve its situation and likelihood of success.
About Insurance
We DO NOT SELL ORDINARY INSURANCE; so we do not compete with insurance agents and brokers. We expect your insurance agent or broker to sell you the policies necessary for your enterprise. However, not all typical policies are necessary or appropriate for all enterprises.
That said, there may be opportunities to transfer a risk through an insurance-type mechanism that your broker doesn't know how to use or is prohibited from using. In those we may get involved in the placement.
